Delete your Global Convene account
You can request permanent deletion here or in the mobile app under My profile → Delete my account. A request is not a suspension and does not immediately remove your account.
Cannot sign in?
Email contact@globalconvene.org with the subject “Global Convene account deletion”, your username and registered email. You do not need the app installed. Do not send your password.
We will verify account ownership before deletion. If you no longer have access to your registered email, explain that in your request so we can arrange another verification method.
What happens next?
We acknowledge requests within 7 days and aim to complete deletion within 30 days. Leadership and shared organizational responsibilities may need to be transferred first. We will explain any delay.
Deletion removes your account, sign-in credentials, personal profile, messages, group posts and memberships. Associated stored files are queued for removal. Shared organization records may remain with a new responsible person. Limited security/audit records and protected backups may remain subject to retention requirements; contact us for the applicable details.
